Refund Policy

At Urban Retreat Co, our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

For domestic orders, we provide a complimentary return label, making the return process seamless. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Initiating a return is simple; just contact us at support@urbanretreatco.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns for items not pre-approved or exceeding the 30-day window will not be accepted.

In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.

It's important to be aware that certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. Should you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval, and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@urbanretreatco.com for assistance.
